SUNDAY SUITES – MAGIC IN THIS NIGHT SUITE!

We don’t really celebrate Halloween in Australia. There is more and more decorating and Trick or Treating over the last few years though. I don’t usually make Halloween cards. I thought it would be still good to check out the Magic In This Night Suite for Sunday Suites because there are some hidden gems that are great for other occasions.

Firstly, this is the full Magic in this Night Suite Collection. ($155 AUD)

This Collection includes:

Hallows Night Magic Cling Stamp Set
Halloween Magic Dies (10% off)
Cobwebs 3D Embossing Folder
1-1/2″ (3.8 cm) Metallic Mesh Ribbon
Magic in this Night Designer Series Paper
Iridescent Pearls
Black Glitter Paper

See some of the gorgeous (or creepy) projects you can make with them.

Let’s look at the Hallows Night Magic Bundle.

Now this might be a Halloween set but check the dies. There are a number of them that can be used for any occasion like the frames and the pretty border. There is even a flower die and leaf.

You could make this table setting for any occasion.

Below we have the Magic in this Night Designer Series Paper. I love that some of these prints can be used for any occasion. The black/grey and white would make striking projects.

The colours in the papers are: Basic Black, Blackberry Bliss, Cajun Craze, Pretty Peacock, Whisper White.

Another fun product in this suite is the Metallic Mesh Ribbon. This ribbon is very light and adds that elegant touch to your projects. Why not wrap it around your gift boxes like in the projects below.

There are a couple of other products in this suite not to overlook.

The Black Glimmer Paper is so sparkly. I have seen some striking projects made with this for other occasions even Christmas. Sparkly black diecut Christmas trees look amazing!

Don’t miss the Iridiscent Pearls either. These would add some sparkle even in black.

What could you use for your next non-Halloween project??

SUNDAY SUITES – MONSTER BASH!

Sunday Suites.  Today we are looking at the Monster Bash Suite.  It’s coming up to that time so thought I would share it.  We are not big on the whole Halloween thing here but maybe you are and you want to see some inspiration.

These are all the products available in the Monster Bash Suite.  You can buy them all as one item at $156.00 AUD or individually.

While I am not big on the whole Halloween thing I really love 2 products in this suite of products and they can be used for any occasion.  I have shared them in the past.

The Ornate Frames Dies

These are great to use for any sentiments. Layer them or use them on their own.

The Stylish Scroll Embossing Folder

You can see both of these nicely on this little tag.

You can buy any of these in my store now -> HERE.  Don’t miss the Ornate Frames Dies though or the Stylish Scrolls Embossing Folder.

BOO BLACK CATS!

We don’t celebrate Halloween much in Australia.  Although this year I am so surprised at the increase in costumes and decorations and sweets available.  😦  We certainly don’t give Halloween cards out so I don’t usually share Halloween projects.  This card though, we made at our Team Shoebox Swap a couple of months ago.  Since I have it I thought I would share it with you.

I can’t remember who shared it now for us to make.  Someone wonderful in our Inky Fingers Team.  I had to say I struggled with this card chopping off the heads of the punched black cats and then there was the discussion from others of what they could do with the headless cats!!!

Anyway to the card.  A Very Vanilla card mat was embossed with the Woodland Embossing Folder and adhered to a Very Vanilla Card base.  The BOO was cut with the Large Letters Framelits.  3 Black cats were punched out with the Cat Punch and 2 of them had their heads chopped off to adhere behind the letters.  Then the full cat was adhered to the front of the letters.  The eyes were drawn in with the Chalk Marker.  I messed those up a little.  So Boo to you! I hope you like it. 🙂

Have a great day,

Jenny
