SCENIC COAST PART FRONT CARD ~

Back with another Scenic Coast card. Sometimes when I want to do a card a little differently but I don’t have a lot of time to do the whole complex Fancy Fold Card I do this. It’s an easy effect. I call it a Part Front Card.

I cut off half of the front of the card. Added some pretty papers. They could be the same or co-ordinating papers. Then add a front panel. This panel could be any size depending on what you want to add.

This particular card I cut a square of white card to diecut the lighthouse. Then layered some paper behind it. It kind of looks like a sunset perhaps. Then added it to a card mat panel.

Try it out when you want to cheat and do something differently. Especially if Fun Folds cards are not your favourite to do as they can be complex.

Have fun creating and exploring new things.

Jenny

STAMPIN’ UP! SCENIC COAST – HOPE ALL THINGS WONDERFUL ARE HEADED YOUR WAY ~

I have been playing with the Scenic Coast Suite this past week. I have lots to share with you over the coming week or 2. So let’s take a trek.

In the Sunset Coast Dies I particularly liked the Circle shaped die. It is different to anything we have had and I think there is lots you can do with it.

It’s a simple card really. Cut a piece of one of the beautiful handpainted prints. Add that to a card mat and then add to the White Card Base.

The sentiment is from the Sending Salutations Stamp Set.

Check back for more with this set in the next coming days if you would like more inspiration with this bundle. I have lots more to add.

Happy Crafting,

NEW CATALOGUE

You can view the new Catalogue Online -> HERE

Or see the products in the store -> HERE.

One of my favourites. I have already showed you a card in the last post. But it is the Opulent Oasis. I love that you can create the extra dimension to some of the elements, the flowers in this one, using the Impressions Plate.

You can see this Online -> HERE. I will share more with this one later.

NEW IN COLORS

You have probably met the new 2026-2028 In Colors by now. We have Barely Blush, Crisp Canteloupe, Golden Glow, Peaceful Pine, Hydrangea Hue.

What’s your favourite? I think you know mine… Hydrangea Hue.

And there is the new design of ink pad. These are just released in the new In Colors for now and other colours will be released next year. They are much easier to open and to lift the lid off. EYELET BLOOMS DIE FOR APRIL PRODUCT OF THE MONTH ~

It’s a new month which means a new Product of the Month. Have you seen it?

For April it is the Eyelet Blooms Die. It is so pretty. It is one full die piece with delicate details over it. You can create focal detail to the front of your projects. You can gently lift some of the flower petals up. You could also snip those little flowers off to add to the card.

The Eyelet Blooms Die measures 11.1 x 15.2 cm Or 4 3/8″ x 6″.

Let’s see some projects made with this die by Stampin’ Up! Artists.

This one below add leaves from another die set to add extra elements. It is really sweet.

Even just use part of the diecut for a different addition.

So the question is – How does the Product of the Month work?

You can receive the Product of the Month item when your order reaches over the qualified level. In Australia it is $125. Pay an additional $9 and select that item.

$9 is a pretty good value for a detailed die like this.

If you need supplies yourself and would love this (Or choose any other of the Product of the Month items available) then you can head to my store -> HERE. Or contact me and I can help you out.

MEETING A BEAR WITH A WALK IN THE FOREST!

I have been playing with the ‘A Walk in the Forest’ Paper.

It has some great images. Some you can cut with the tree die in the Merriest Trees Dies Set. That’s always clever.

For this card I diecut some trees and fussy cut the bear. How would you be meeting a big brown bear walking in the forest? We don’t have that problem in Australia. Maybe we would come across a snake or bush turkey or kangaroo. But never a bear. This bear does look happy though if you did come across it.

It is hard to see but I have embossed the white card mat with the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder. The star is diecut with a star in the Merriest Trees Dies.

Something else I do love about this paper. It is the Product Giveback in the Mini Catalogue. For every pack of this paper sold Stampin’ Up! will donate $4.25 to Anglicare Toy’s N Tucker Christmas program. The Toys N Tucker program provides hampers and Toys to disadvantaged families at Christmas. This is a fantastic cause and close to my heart so I would love it if you supported it.

NOTE: Each country has a different organisation that Stampin’ Up! will donate to so check your local market.

This is the A Walk in the Forest Paper.

You can see more about the paper in my store -> HERE.

Now We’re Going on a Bear Hunt. (Do you know that song??…)
