STAMPIN’ UP! TRUCKING ALONG WITH A TRAILER.

Not just a truck (pickup/ute) but you can make a trailer as well. It makes a fun addition using the Trucking Along Bundle.

To do this – Stamp 2 trucks, punch them out. With one snip the back off and cut a little “tab” near the front end of the rear of the truck. If that makes sense. I will do a little video of it shortly and post it to Facebook and Instagram for you to see so be sure you follow along there.

You can build a scene with the other stamps in the set.

The sentiment from Sending Smiles is quite apt for this card I think. It is diecut with the co-ordinating die from the Sending Dies.

This is the fun Trucking Along Stamp set and the Punch. You can use this for many different occasions.

This was one of the cards we created in our class today. So fun!

CELEBRATING 15 YEARS WITH STAMPIN’ UP!

This weekend I am celebrating my 15th Stampin’ Up! Birthday. I really can’t believe that. That is a lot of cards and inky adventures in that time. It’s been a wild ride!

I so love to share my creations with you and (hopefully) inspire you in some way.

ANOTHER EVERLASTING BEAUTY CARD!

I have another Everlasting Beauty Card for you. I have actually loved creating these cards. I’m not a huge lover of colouring but these have been relatively easy to colour.

The Waratah flower was coloured with the Pencils. The paper mat is from the Inked Botanicals Designer Series Paper.

The sentiment is from the Cheerful Daisies Stamp set. It was stamped in Versamark on black card and heat embossed in white.

The Everlasting Beauty stamp set is so lovely. It’s great that many of these lovely flowers are found in Australia.

EVERLASTING BEAUTY – NEARLY BINNED!!

I’m sharing this card with you today but I can tell you it nearly didn’t happen. I coloured the flowers from the Everlasting Beauty stamp set – and I hated it! I tossed it aside and that was my crafting done for the day. Do you ever feel like that??

The next day I picked it up. I still didn’t love it but thought maybe I could do something with it. So I finished the card and actually it wasn’t so bad. So here it is.

The flowers were coloured with the Stampin’ Blends. And the flowers were stamped in Gorgeous Grape on White card to create a background. The Old Olive card strip was embossed with the Stripes and Splatters 3D Embossing Folder. The sentiment is from the Go-To Greetings Stamp Set.

So I thought I would share – if you feel discouraged with a card firstly, don’t be hard on yourself. If need be step away from it, put it aside. Later maybe come back with fresh eyes and see that it may not be too bad. And really aren’t we our worst critic.

Our Sunday Suites today is the Les Shoppes Suite. It’s a cute suite. It reminds me a little of paper doll houses when I was growing up. Does it remind you of that?

With this suite you can create unique cards and pages with vintage shops and main streets. There are shop front and vintage awning designs to use the paper directly on your projects or with the stamp set you can use an array of colouring technique options. Such fun!

CHEERFUL DAISIES WEEK – DAY 5!

Our Day 5 project for the Cheerful Daisies Week is a Boho Blue one.

This was one of the cards we created at my Catalogue Launch last weekend. This card was CASED from the lovely Cheryl Hamilton -> HERE.

The white card mat is embossed with one of the Basics Embossing Folder and then adding some strips of the Fresh as a Daisy Designer Series Paper.

The daisy was stamped in Wild Wheat for the flower outline and the Lemon Lolly for the inside. The sentiment was stamped in Wild Wheat too. Aren’t these a lovely colour combination together?

This was a popular card at my launch too. Thank You Cheryl. 🙂

CHEERFUL DAISIES WEEK – DAY 2!

Day 2 for Cheerful Daisies Week. Just to brighten your week.

It’s a Side Stepper Fold Card. These are really easy. Once you get used to the cutting. I actually had the base for this one already cut from a previous class using this fold and it just happened that the Garden Green worked well with the Fresh as a Daisy Designer Series Paper.

The Daisy was stamped in Wild Wheat for the outline and then Lemon Lolly for the inside. I have to say I really liked how these colours worked together. I may just be warming up to Wild Wheat. 🙂

FAREWELL COLOURS AND FAVOURITE PRODUCTS!

As you know the new Catalogue is coming out very soon.

With that we say Farewell to some Favourite products. And maybe some of them are yours.
