FAREWELL TWO-TONE FLORA!

We say Farewell today to the Two-Tone Flora Stamps and Dies. I have LOVED these ones. Yes another 2-step stamp set. Maybe that’s way. But the colouring you can get with these stamps are so lovely. And the dies… Well what about they detailed background die. So gorgeous and delicate.

Let’s see some past projects.

This one below a piece of white card was blended with Gorgeous Grape ink with it darker at the bottom and lighter at the top. Then the detailed Diecut was added over the top. It creates a soft, subtle background.

On this one below I diecut the detailed die and then added it to the back of a rectangle diecut frame. Any overhanging edges of the detailed diecut was trimmed off.

Simple flowers and leaves with the white card diecut with one of the Elegant Borders Dies. These border dies are available as an Online Exclusives set and can often be missed. There are 4 in the set and each one is lovely.

Both the Two Tone Flora Stamp Set and the Dies are reduced at 50% off. Crazy!

The Two-Tone Flora Stamps are reduced to $20.50. See them -> HERE.

The Two-Tone Flora Dies are reduced to $34.00. See them -> HERE.

TWO-TONE FLORA WITH SPONGING!

I have been loving the Two-Tone Flora Bundle recently. It’s such a gorgeous set. For this card I sponged a background under the delicate diecut.

For the colours on the flowers I used Highland Heather and Gorgeous Grape. And Petal Pink and Calypso Coral. The sentiment is from the Go-To Greetings set.

See how I have done the background. I used the Blending Brush to build up the colour on the white card. It was darker on the bottom and built up lighter towards the top.

This is the blending in progress. TIP: Start off your card and gradually move up the card as you blend in a circular motion.

Isn’t the detailed background die so gorgeous? It is so delicate.

The Two-Tone Flora is not available as a Bundle now but you can buy the stamp set and the Dies individually.

Stampin' Up!

TWO-TONE FLORA AND COUNTRYSIDE CORNERS TOGETHER!

Combining the Two-Tone Flora Bundle with the Countryside Corners Bundle. They just work so well together.

With the flowers they were stamped in Highland Heather and Gorgeous Grape and Lemon Lolly and Daffodil Delight.

For the Countryside Corners I stamped them in Pecan Pie once on Crumb Cake and again on Pecan Pie card. The Pecan Pie one was diecut with the Countryside Corners Dies to give a frame effect.

The sentiment was stamped on white card with the Pecan Pie ink and then diecut. The sentiment is from the Go-To Greetings stamp set.

The White card is embossed with the new Countryside Blossoms Embossing Folder.
