SUNDAY SUITES – A STITCHED SEASON!

It’s been a while since we have done Sunday Suites. So let’s have a little Christmas in July with the ‘A Stitched Season’ Suite.

If you like the look of quilting without all the stitching yourself or you are a quilter yourself you will like this suite. Fun shapes and Festive patterns with stockings, holly and trees.

Here is all that is included in the Suite Collection.

The A Stitched Season Suite includes:

  • Stitched Stocking Bundle
  • A Stitched Season 12″x12″ Designer Series Paper
  • Real Red Stitched Ribbon (6.4mm, 1/4″) 9.1m, 10 yards
  • Adhesive Backed Mini Christmas Buttons (45) 1cm x 1cm, 3/8″ x3/8″

Let’s look at them a bit more closely.

The Stitched Stocking Bundle

This is not just for your Christmas cards but it can create some cute Christmas Stockings and other projects to dress up your Christmas.

Pair classic Christmas sentiments with quilting-inspired designs like holly and pine trees for a warm, nostalgic look. I love how you can make those stockings and dress them up how you like with a patchwork look and add some buttons and ribbon. Make them personalised too by adding some initials or names on them even??

The largest Die in this Bundle measures 8.4cm x 12.1cm, 3-5/16″ x 4-3/4″ which would be the larger stocking.

A Stitched Season Designer Series Paper

Prints for your Christmas projects to with quilt-inspired patterns. And you don’t have to spend all that time sewing them! This paper is a perfect choice for creating seasonal projects that feel warm and nostalgic.

You can dress up the diecut stockings with the patterns or any other Christmas style project. But some of these patterns would work for any occasion not just Christmas.

The colours in this paper are: Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive, Peaceful Pine, Pecan Pie, Real Red, Secret Sea.

Now let’s see some projects that Stampin’ Up! artists have put together with them to really show off this Suite.

Are you a quilter? You would love that you can get the look of quilted projects in paper.

If you are a Cardmaker and not dabble in the sewn quilted world you will love to be able to create these type of projects with little fuss and so much less time.

Happy Sunday,

Jenny
