I shared this card in my recent video with ‘5 Ways with the Fitting Florets’. If you haven’t caught that video just head back a few posts on my blog or head to my Youtube channel and you can view it.
I wanted to show how when you diecut your oval with the Framed Florets Dies. Not to waste them. You can create another card with them. I actually have a couple of ideas on that video.
This is the card.
The white background is embossed with the Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder. And – save on colouring the flower. You can easily snip it from the pretty Fitting Florets Designer Series Paper. Some of the dies from the Framed Florets Dies do cut some of the flower images but not this particular one.

This past week I put out a Colour Inspiration in my Facebook Group – You can join the group -> HERE
This was the inspiration.
The colours from this that I could see where Petal Pink, Poppy Parade, Soft Succulent, Balmy Blue, Basic Gray.
I used all but the Balmy Blue. (It could even be more Smoky Slate).
This was the card I created. I share the making of it on an Instagram Reel yesterday if you caught it.
I used the Merriest Moments Stamp Set and the Dies.

This card brought back fun memories. When I was young I spent a lot of time on the beach creating sandmen. Big mounds of sand and I collected seaweed for their hair and decorated them with shells and stuck sticks for arms. So much fun.
A few weeks ago for our “Summery” Christmas class we created this card with the Snowman Magic Bundle. It was such fun to create it.
The background is using the Oceanfront Stamp Set. The paper is the Celebrate Everything Designer Series Paper.
Isn’t it fun?? 🙂
I’m thinking though with the way the weather has been here we will be needing to make snowmen at Christmas time. Crazy weather!

Wednesday’s WOW! #142 – Creating Partial Snowflakes.
Snowflakes are not typical for our warm, Summery Christmas. For some reason though many people still love them on their cards. I think it is the soft, magical effect.
These snowflakes created with the Frosted Flurry Dies are something different though. They add these partial snowflakes to your Christmas projects.
They are very simple and easy effect.
Diecut them and just gently lift the edges. Use the spatula end from the Take Your Pick Tool or use the Paper Piercer. It’s a cool effect with those slightly raised edges and adds just another dimension to your projects. With the Joyful Flurry Stamp Set you have added snowflakes but the sentiments are so soft and “magical”.
