STAMPIN’ UP! FLIGHT AND AIRY PAPER CARD!

Create a card – with your paper. After all it’s such pretty paper.

For this I have used the Flight and Airy Paper.

I fussy cut one of the birds from the paper pack to add to the front with a sentiment layered on vellum and some ribbon.

This is the inside.

Cut a strip of your lovely paper twice the size as you would cut a card mat for the card. So just slightly smaller than your card base. Score a line down the middle and adhere the back to the card mat.

I have added a card mat as a base to make it sturdier but you could use it just with the paper as a card. 

Don’t forget to decorate the inside too.

This is such pretty paper. Really it is a must have!

Stampin' Up!

SIMPLE STIPPLED ROSES!

I’m not a great lover of colouring. I do try and I know practice makes perfect right. I have been playing with the Stippled Roses stamps and dies. 

One of the cards I created is a simple card stamping the rose and no colouring. The detail in the stamp makes it so easy to just showcase this lovely bloom.

I have stamped it in Wild Wheat. Really I wasn’t too fussed on this colour when it first came out BUT… I have used it so much. 

The paper mat behind the rose is the Softly Stippled Paper which is available as a Free gift for Sale-A-Bration with orders over $90 AUD. There are so many lovely prints in this pack. 

The black sentiment piece makes it all POP too.

TRUSTY TOOLS BUNDLE FOR THE GLOBAL MINI CATALOGUE LAUNCH!

With the new Mini Catalogue released last week I was part of the Crafty Collaborations Mini Catalogue Launch Party. Demonstrators from around the world shared project videos of some of the great new products.

It was so great to be a part of it. You can follow along now too and maybe be inspired by the projects. I will tell you how to find it but firstly let me show you the project I created.

I worked with the Trusty Tools Bundle creating a Split Front Card.

Perhaps you have made this style before?

How cool is the Trusty Tools though. I love the Trusty Toolbox paper. That is one of the free choices for Sale-A-Bration. Some of the dies will diecut some of the tools.

In the Mini Catalogue Launch there are 28 project videos. Also though there are fun games to join in on. You can choose what you like to do and can come back to it later at any time.
