A quick one sprung on us – From Monday 7th October – 9th October there is 15% off all Annual Catalogue Stamp Sets.
These don’t include Bundles BUT I will give you a little tip. If there is a bundle you would like buy the stamp set separately at 15% off then buy the Dies separately. You will save more than buying the Bundle and getting 10% off for them.

We are on the countdown. It’s 12 Weeks of Christmas projects coming up.
I’m going to share some quick, fun projects with a video to help inspire you with your Christmas creating. Let’s kick off.
Week 1 with the Nests of Winter paper.
It is such gorgeous paper. You don’t need a lot more. Add some texture with the Dots from the Basics 3D Embossing Folders and some of the gorgeous Cherry Cobbler and Gold Ribbon. It’s very lush.
The Seasons Greetings is from the Greetings of the Seasons Stamps and Dies.
Follow along with the video below. (if it doesn’t show head directly to my blog to view it).
The full tutorial with measurements will be sent out in next weeks Newsletter. Are you a subscriber yet? Check the right hand tab on my blog.
This is the Nests of Winter Paper. You can see it more online -> HERE.
Now you can PIN it to come back to.
Be sure to check back next week for our Week 2.
Happy Crafting,
Jenny

Kits are so easy to create with, And Stampin’ Up! have 30% off in October.
Most kits make 8-9 cards with 2 or 3 variations. Some are Tag Kits and there are Decor kits. They have instructions to follow along. And you can change them up and make them your own.
Below shows just some of the other kits available.
My favourite is the Rock Legend Kit. Great for the boys.
I played along with the Colour Inkspirations Challenge #174 for this week.
The colours were Pool Party, Bubble Bath, Highland Heather and Gorgeous Grape. Very pretty colours together.
This is the card.
When I do a colour challenge I pull out the ink pads and see what patterned papers I have in those colours. Then I go through my stamps that may work with the colours. I narrowed it down to the Everyday Details stamps. I haven’t used that set a lot either.
The paper I used is from the Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper. The Pool Party paper is from the Delightful Floral Designer Series Pack.
The teacup and flowers were coloured with the Stampin’ Blends. I’m still working on my colouring …
You can play along too -> HERE. There is still time.
Today’s card is a cool Fun Fold. It is a Front Flap Card. It has an added flap that you could add a surprise inside.
This card was shared to me by a Demonstrator friend Linny. I loved the card and wanted to share it with you.
Here is the card.
Lift up the Flap.
Open the card.
Under the flap would be a great to add a Numbered birthday perhaps or even add a pocked for a Gift Card.
I have a video for you to follow along.
I used the Season of Green and Gold Specialty Paper. Also the Golden Greenery Stamp Set and the Greetings of the Season Stamp Set. It makes a special Christmas card to send. This could be used for so many different occasions though.
I share another one version at the end of the video so be sure to check out that one.
Follow along and I hope you get to make one.
Happy Crafting,
Jenny

Did you know there is a new White Card available?? It has just been released. So let’s check it out and what difference it is to the other White card.
Until recently there has been the Basic White card and Basic White Thick Card.
The Basic White Card is good for your general stamping and layers on your cards and projects. This is available in 12″x12″ and A4.
The Basic White Thick Card is a little heavier weight. You can stamp on this card and it is good when colouring with the Stampin’ Blends. Being thicker though it is good for Card Bases. This is available in A4.
Now there is the White Willow Card. This is similar weight to the Basic White and is good for stamping and layers on card. It does look a little crisper white to the Basic White. This is available in 12″x12″.
Well this caught me by surprise. But I have to say it is a pleasant surprise. Today the Clearance Rack has been updated AND included in that is the Trusty Toolbox Paper greatly reduced.
I have had so many people ask me since that paper left if they can still get some. SO today is your lucky day. But I wouldn’t wait around long. It is all While Supplies Last.
This is the Trusty Toolbox Paper.
This is a Split Front Card I made some time ago with this Paper. (You can see the Youtube video -> HERE if you want to make one).
Here are just some of the other products listed on the Clearance Rack. Some up to 60% off.
Playing a little more with the Surfing Santa Stamp set.
For us in the Southern Hemisphere this really appeals to us with our Sunny, warm Christmas.
A little closer view. I stamped the gifts on the card in red for a subtle background.
The Santa was fun to colour and coloured with the Stampin’ Blends. The paper strip was from Reindeer Days and added a little sparkle with the Festive Glimmer Paper.
I shared another card with the Surfing Santa just recently. You can head back one or 2 posts on my blog to see that one if you missed it.
Here is the Surfing Santa Stamp Set.
Have a great day,
Jenny

Back with Sunday Suites. With a new catalogue there are some gorgeous new suites. Today let’s check more with the Nests of Winter Suite.
The suite has adorable birds in both the stamp set and the paper. There is also the natural textures and tones in the images. You can create projects for any occasion with this suite of products including masculine projects.
The Nests of Winter Suites Collection include:
Winterly Tree Tops Bundle (stamps and dies)
Birch Wood 3D Embossing Folder (6″ x 8-1/2″, 15.2 x 21.6 cm)
Nests of Winter 12″x12″ Designer Series Paper
Natural Tones Linen Thread (3 Spools of each Copper Clay, Garden Green, Night of Navy)
Earth Tones Shimmer Gems (200 adhesives gems – 4mm and 5mm in Copper Clay, Very Vanilla, Crumb Cake and Garden Green)
Let’s look a little closer at them.
We have the Winterly Tree Tops Bundle.
What I love about this bundle…
The sentiments are great for sending some love and thoughts to a loved one.
The bird dies can cut some of the images in the paper saving you having to fussy cut them.
The leafy frame dies is so versatile. You don’t have to just use them with this set. And you can layer 2 diecut pieces together to add extra dimension to your projects.
What about the Nests of Winter Paper?
There are 12 – 12″x12″ papers. One side of the paper has hand drawn bird images of different sizes and shapes. Some you can cut out individually. And the other side has more natural, textured look which is great to add a subtle background.
The colours are Basic Black, Blueberry Bushel, Cherry Cobbler, Coastal Cabana, Copper Clay, Crumb Cake, Daffodil Delight, Garden Green, Granny Apple Green, Gray Granite, Night of Navy, Pumpkin Pie, Real Red, Shaded Spruce
But what about some projects.
Cards or Gift Bags…
You can see how the diecut leaves can layer together for extra texture. The top layer is diecut with the Graceful Greenery Vellum.
The addition with the Birch Embossing Folder adds some great texture.
Sending love or Thinking of You. The sentiments are very versatile.
You can see more of this suite in my store -> HERE.
If you would like that in your collection you can head to my link there. Or contact me directly.
