This card brought back fun memories. When I was young I spent a lot of time on the beach creating sandmen. Big mounds of sand and I collected seaweed for their hair and decorated them with shells and stuck sticks for arms. So much fun.
A few weeks ago for our “Summery” Christmas class we created this card with the Snowman Magic Bundle. It was such fun to create it.
The background is using the Oceanfront Stamp Set. The paper is the Celebrate Everything Designer Series Paper.
Isn’t it fun?? 🙂
I’m thinking though with the way the weather has been here we will be needing to make snowmen at Christmas time. Crazy weather!

I shared in a recent post a card with the Cottage Wreaths Stamps and the Country Wreaths Dies. That was the card for visitors to make when they came along to my table at the local Doll, Bear and Craft Show. As I was sitting there I made some other cards with just what I had. This was one of them.
The paper is the Sweetest Christmas Designer Series Paper. You can’t see the centre of the berries but I added a little sparkle with the Wink of Stella pen.
This was actually a fun card to put together. I will show you another card I made then shortly.
Happy Stamping,
Jenny

Today’s card I’m sharing with you is one from our class 2 weeks ago. All the cards were “tree” cards.
This one was using the Trees For Sale Stamp set. While there were some cards using the dies that were available at the time this one shows how nice it can be with just the stamped images.
The sentiment piece is cut with the Picture This Dies. I think we forget to use the diecut pieces on their own.
The trees were stamped in Garden Green with Pear Pizzazz and Pool Party with Shaded Spruce.
Here’s a tip: scribble small lines under the trees for “shadow” lines. That helps ground the trees.
The Trees For Sale stamp set is available in this current Mini Catalogue.
Need this in your stash and you are in Australia? I would love to serve you. You can order through my store -> HERE. (see the stamp set there). Please use the Host Code: 3WVA7CQE Or contact me directly.
How exciting we get a day all to ourselves to celebrate this wonderful craft of Card Making.
You know what I love about making cards?
I can make something special and send it to someone to let them know I am thinking of them. I love how it makes them smile.
And I love that I can share card making with others whether it is crafting together, talking about making cards or teaching (hopefully inspiring) them.
So be sure to enjoy this day just for you. Go and Get crafting.
This week we have started our Christmas cards in classes. I wanted to share this one with you.
With the Lights Aglow Specialty paper and Trimming the Tree stamp set it makes for a gorgeous Christmas Card. It has just that bit of Gold to make it elegant don’t you think?
The diecut for the sentiment actually comes from the Tree Trimmings Dies. These are available for only this month as a bonus with the Perfect Partners Promotion. They have some great sentiment dies and tree dies and little ornaments. I will share more with the stamps and dies shortly.
The Trimming the Tree stamp set is one from the Annual Catalogue. It’s a great one I think.
If you want to grab the Trimming the Tree set and also grab the Tree Trimming Dies now while you can you can jump on over to my store just above. (Grab them as a bundle to save 10%).

So I have it for you today.
This card was using the Cup of Tea Bundle and the Tea Boutique Designer Series Paper.
Below is the video that you can check out.

I have been playing a lot with the Adventurous Journey stamp set lately. It’s such a great one for the boys cards. It was fun to use this in class last week too.
I wanted to try something a little different. I have noticed Book Binding Fold cards around and thought that would work well.
Here is the card.
The outside.
The kayaker was coloured with the Stampin’ Blends. For the sentiment I stamped the words on the Balmy Blue card and Crushed Curry Card. Then diecut them with the long sentiment die in the Sending Dies. It was easy to just trim them down.
I find that a lot easier than trying to squeeze a sentiment on a thin strip of card.
The paper is from the Celebrate Everything Designer Series Paper pack which is a Host Reward in the Mini Catalogue. It’s great paper by the way. It has such a range of colours and prints. Why not take a closer look at it.
This is the inside.
I think I will just have to put together a video soon for it. So stay tuned on that.
