TRUSTY TOOLS BUNDLE FOR THE GLOBAL MINI CATALOGUE LAUNCH!

With the new Mini Catalogue released last week I was part of the Crafty Collaborations Mini Catalogue Launch Party. Demonstrators from around the world shared project videos of some of the great new products.

It was so great to be a part of it. You can follow along now too and maybe be inspired by the projects. I will tell you how to find it but firstly let me show you the project I created.

I worked with the Trusty Tools Bundle creating a Split Front Card.

How cool is the Trusty Tools though. I love the Trusty Toolbox paper. That is one of the free choices for Sale-A-Bration. Some of the dies will diecut some of the tools.

In the Mini Catalogue Launch there are 28 project videos. Also though there are fun games to join in on. You can choose what you like to do and can come back to it later at any time.

TWO VERSIONS OF CIRCLE CARDS + A VIDEO!

I like to make different fold cards. And it could just be a simple shape.

I have been creating circle cards this week so I thought I would put a video together to show you how. Also to give you some tips in creating them.

Here are the Circle Cards.

The Fresh Freesia version using the Fresh as a Daisy Designer Series Paper.

The Petal Pink version using the Translucent Florals.

Both are created differently. Be sure to watch to find out how to make them.

CHEERFUL DAISIES WEEK – DAY 2!

Day 2 for Cheerful Daisies Week. Just to brighten your week.

It’s a Side Stepper Fold Card. These are really easy. Once you get used to the cutting. I actually had the base for this one already cut from a previous class using this fold and it just happened that the Garden Green worked well with the Fresh as a Daisy Designer Series Paper.

The Daisy was stamped in Wild Wheat for the outline and then Lemon Lolly for the inside. I have to say I really liked how these colours worked together. I may just be warming up to Wild Wheat. 🙂

TOP FLAP FOLD WITH STAMPIN’ UP! CIRCLE SAYINGS + VIDEO~

Today I have a Fun Fold with a video for you.

I have used the Circle Sayings Bundle (Stamps and Punch) to make a Top Fold Flap Card. Say that lots of times quickly!

This is the front of the card. I have used the Fresh as a Daisy Designer Series Paper with it.

The great cards are simple to make and give a WOW when you send them on to someone. Let me show you how in the class.

It’s our last day of our 12 Days of Christmas Series. WHAT!!! How sad. 😦

Today it is a Warm Wishes card with the Kindest Gnomes Suite. Aren’t these the cutest.

You could diecut these gnomes out from the paper but they are very easy to fussy cut out if you don’t have the dies.

FITTING FLORETS PANEL FOLD CARD + VIDEO!

You have probably seen the Fitting Florets Suite around now. It is all so gorgeous. I had to play with it. And I pulled out an old fold that I haven’t done in a while – A Panel Fold Card.

Here it is for you.

And it folds flat for you to post.

The Fitting Florets Suite will be available to order in November. The Framed Florets Bundle (Stamps and Dies) will be carried over in to the January-June Mini Catalogue but the gorgeous Fitting Florets paper and the Gold Swirl Gems won’t be so you will want to grab that early. I will tell you more about this soon.

But … You could get this earlier. As Demonstrators we can order it now. And if you have considered joining Stampin’ Up! what better way than joining now (also with the extra bonus you get this month) AND you can order it now. Because we can’t wait for these things right. 🙂

MAKE YOUR OWN PANEL FOLD CARD

Card base: 21cm x 14.8cm   Score on the long side at 5cm and 8cm.  Turn card 180’ – Score at 5cm and 8cm on the other side.

                   8 ½” x 5 ½”  Score on the long side at 2” and 3 1/8”. Turn card 180’ – Score at 2” and 3 1/8” on the other side.

Designer Series Paper strips:

For sides – 4.7cm x 14.4cm @ 2 pieces

                   1 7/8” x 5 3/8”  @ 2 pieces

For centre – 4.7cm x 14.4cm @ 1 piece

                     1 7/8 x 5 3/8” @1 piece

Front Panel – 10.4cm x 8.8cm    3 ½” x 3 1/8”

White mat – 10cm x 8.4cm      3 3/8” x 3”
