Playing with the Artistically Inked stamps and dies recently. I thought it would be fun to create a card with the 2021 Incolors and the “splotch” stamp. Well that’s what I am calling it anyway.
Just a tipwhen you want to stamp this – Stamp the top one and the bottom one first. Just have them off the edge a little. Then you can fill the centre section with the other 3 colours. It is a little easier to evenly space them.
I have made a few cards with this gorgeous bundle and I will share more with you soon.
Happy Stamping,
Jenny

Back with Sunday Suites. And today let’s check out the Expressions in Ink Suite. I have been playing with the stamps and dies lately which I will share with you soon, but it would be good to see all this suite more closely.
We have the complete Expressions in Ink Suite Collection.
This includes the –
Artistically Inked Stamp Set Artistic Dies Expressions in Ink Specialty Designer Series Paper Expressions in Ink Ephemera Pack
The Expressions in Ink Specialty Designer Series Paper is just gorgeous.
How pretty is it?? The paper has gorgeous florals but oh so lovely Gold Foiling touches. It is hard to see these in the photo.
The colours in the paper are Evening Evergreen, Just Jade, Magenta Madness, Mint Macaron, Pale Papaya, Pear Pizzazz, Polished Pink, Shaded Spruce, gold.
There is also the Expressions in Ink Ephemera pack.
In this pack receive 50 precut foil pieces: 5 sheets of 10 pieces each. The Sheet size: 5″ x 5-1/2″ (12.7 x 14 cm). Also 100 adhesive-backed sequins: 4 mm in pink. They will add a very lush touch to your projects.
So what about some samples with this suite. (straight from the Catalogue!).
Let’s have a closer look at this wreath. It is so pretty. The “leaf spray” is diecut from the patterned paper giving a really cool effect. This would make a lovely scrap page wouldn’t it??
On this card below add a piece of vellum over the stamped white card to soften the effect. Then add some diecut flowers over the piece diecut in white card.
A simple card with a cool tassel made from white twine.

Happy creating now with lots of colour inspiration,
I think one of my new favourite bundles is the Flowers of Friendship. And to think I dismissed it several times going through the catalogue!
It is such a sweet set and I love the versatility of the punch. For this card though I have just used the stamp and coloured it with the Stampin’ Blends.
The paper strip is from the Pansy Petals Designer Series Paper. Add a little twine and a little pearl to finish. It’s just a sweet card.

Don’t forget the Last Chance items that are leaving VERY SOON. There are some amazing discounts.
What more do you need really when you make a card? Some pretty paper and a sentiment.
The paper from the Dandy Garden Designer Series Paper with lots of fluttering dragonflies makes for a very quick card. I added some strips of the striped paper behind it for added contrast. Just use strips too. Don’t use a whole piece of the paper behind it as it is wasted.
I added some loops of the Midnight Muse Twine behind the sentiment with a small punched Bumblebee dragonfly.
The Dandy Garden paper is retiring and leaving VERY SOON. It is reduced too. 🙂

I get asked this question a lot. Do you stamp before you stick? Do you stamp before you punch or diecut? Check the video for the answer that might help you and there are some other stamping tips to help you out.
If you are a long-time stamper you might know these already but there might be something you didn’t know. If you are just starting out in your stamping journey then I think you will find this helpful.
Sara (the Stampin’ Up! CEO) shares the tips in this video and she is mentioning the new kits but these tips will help you with any projects you create. Of course any of these kits or other products are available in my store.
Tell me what you found helpful in this video.
Would you like more videos and stamping tips? Let me know.
I have shared many already. Just click on the “tag” stamping tips or videos or techniques. You might be surprised what you will find.

Today I have a card for you with the pretty Fresh Freesia colour, the gorgeous Color and Contour stamps and dies and the soft gingham from the Pretty Pansies paper. Don’t forget the softness in the Fresh Freesia ribbon too. What a mix!
On the full piece of Fresh Freesia card cut vertically and score halfway. Using the scallop edge die in the Scallop Contours Dies cut the edge part way up the card front for a flap.
The white card has 3 flower stamped on the front with the outline image and the centre. Then 2 were stamped on scrap white card and then diecut and raised up off the card.
This is inside with a couple of outline flowers stamped. On the bottom edge adhere the piece of gingham Pansy Petals Designer Series Paper with some Fresh Freesia ribbon wrapped around.
Any of these – and more – can be ordered in my store. (Australian residents only).
