PENGUIN PLAYMATES CATALOGUE TAGS

September 27, 2021September 27, 2021 Jenny Hayward

With our last week of Sale-A-Bration this week I can’t help but show off the cute Penguin Playmates Designer Series Paper. So watch out for lots of cute penguins and critters this week.

I made these tags to go out with the Catalogues at the start of Sale-A-Bration. I hadn’t shown you these yet.

Below are 3 of them to show you them closer. The tags were simply a strip of paper and punched at the top with the Fancy Tag Topper tied with some co-ordinating ribbon.

Also I added a strip of white card and punched at the top so that I could write a little note on them.

They were quick and easy to make but I hope they added a smile to those who received them.

Only a few days left for Sale-A-Bration. This Penguin Playmates Paper is one of the choices for your qualifying orders over $90.

You can shop in my store -> HERE or contact me directly on email at jghayward@yahoo.com. Be quick though!

Back tomorrow with another project.

SALE-A-BRATION SATURDAY – SUMMER SHADOW DIES!

September 11, 2021September 11, 2021 Jenny Hayward

For our Sale-A-Bration Saturday I thought we would check out the Summer Shadow Dies.

These dies co-ordinate with the Shaded Summer Stamp set available in the Annual Catalogue.

Check out some samples with these dies and with the stamp set too. Maybe you hadn’t noticed the stamp set that much in the catalogue. I know I hadn’t.

(These are created by Stampin’ Up! Artists).

The Summer Shadow dies have the outline die that works with the flower image in the stamp set. Then you can diecut some other flowers or leaf shapes.

You can create a simple leaf accent too shown on both these cards below.

The stamped images are heat embossed in white on 3 different colour card pieces and diecut with the flower shape.

These are the Summer Shadow Dies with detailed dies and the more solid shape for the flowers and leaves. They can be layered together.

Below is the Shaded Summer Stamp Set you can find in the Annual Catalogue. Or see it online -> HERE.

The Summer Shadow Dies can be chosen as your free choice for Sale-A-Bration with orders over $180 AUD. Why not include the Shaded Summer Stamp set in your order so you can use create with them together.

In Australia? You can order from my store -> HERE. Please use the Host Code: GS9S4AY9

Don’t forget to choose your Sale-A-Bration choice. You will be reminded a the end if you do forget.

WEDNESDAY’S WOW! #127 – BEAUTIFULLY PENNED SWEET PAPER NOTES!

September 1, 2021September 1, 2021 Jenny Hayward

It’s Wednesday WOW! #127 and Beautifully Penned Paper Week. What a double bonus!

What about making some cute little Paper notes with pretty papers. I used the Beautifully Penned Designer Series Paper for these. They are so easy – and sweet!

These are little Customer Thank You notes for those of you who ordered this month. Are you getting one?

HOW TO CREATE YOUR OWN

Cut the paper to 15cm x 10cm. Score at 7.5cm. (6″ x 4″ score at 3″). It’s that easy!

I added a white card insert inside to write on. The small flower from the Delicate Dahlias stamp set (another Sale-A-Bration choice) was stamped inside to match the sentiment tag I added on the outside.

The sentiment is from the Many Messages stamp set and diecut with a die from the Tasteful Labels Dies.

This Beautifully Penned Designer Series Paper is a free choice for Sale-A-Bration with orders over $90.

You can see more of the prints on this paper -> HERE.

In Australia? I would love to help you with your order. You can contact me directly on 0439 844574 or head to my store now -> HERE and order. Don’t forget to pick up your Sale-A-Bration choice. Please use the Host Code: SN2FPKZB

AVID STYLE WITH THE ARTISTICALLLY INKED BUNDLE!

July 19, 2021July 19, 2021 Jenny Hayward

Last post I shared a SIMPLE style with the Artistically Inked stamp set. Just stamps, ink and paper.

Today I am sharing AVID style with the bundle. AVID is more layering, diecuts, embellishments. I have 2 different versions. I would love to know what is your favourite.

The white card is embossed with the Pretty Flowers Embossing Folder. On the second card I had stamped the “swoosh” stamp on the white card before embossing. I wasn’t sure how I felt about that. I used the Paper Lattice on the card mat as a background.

The sentiment for the 2nd card is from the Art Gallery set and diecut with the Floral Gallery Dies.

The Artistically Inked Bundle is in my store and you can see some other gorgeous samples with it.

See it -> HERE. If you are shopping Please use the Host Code: VMWWGAAU

WEDNESDAY’S WOW! #125 – STAMP WITH YOUR BLOCKS!

July 7, 2021July 6, 2021 Jenny Hayward

Wednesday’s WOW! #125 – Why not stamp with your clear blocks.

You might have tried this. I have to say I used to do this a while back to create some cool backgrounds but I forgot about it. I was reminded of this from Stampin’ Up! recently.

Use any size block. Try different ones even on the same card.

These project were created by Stampin’ Up! They have used the same stamp set (The Biggest Wish) in other languages too on these card.

Simply tap your block lightly on the inkpad and press on to your card. It will be patchy but that’s part of the fun effect.

If you want a multi coloured effect, ink up part of the block in one colour and the other part in another colour. Or ink it up all in one colour and sponge the edges or other areas on the block. You can lightly spritz the block with water too to give another different effect. Be sure to stamp this on Shimmery White card or Watercolor card if you are using the water.

Have fun with it.

Have a great day,

Jenny
