SUNDAY SUITES WITH A LITTLE LATTE!

Sunday Suites today is a new one. A Little Latte just released this week. Let’s check it out. (Also, check the Suite Share below too to get a little taster with it).

Now just a disclaimer in advance: I don’t drink coffee or like coffee BUT I do have lots of friends who like coffee and I like to meet up with them for “coffee” dates. I usually go the Hot Chocolate. But it’s nice to chat and have a hot drink with them. I thought that this suite would be good for those coffee loving friends and making coffee dates.

I like how it has the 2 different views of the coffee cup and that cool Latte art. There are dies to co-ordinate with some of the stamps and with extra elements too.

The prints on some of the papers would be good for any occasion. The colours in the paper are  Calypso Coral, Early Espresso, Lemon Lolly, Lost Lagoon, Pecan Pie, Petal Pink.

Stampin' Up!

MAKE A QUICK AND EASY CONCERTINA FOLD CARD + VIDEO!

I love doing Fun Folds. I made this one some weeks ago but only now getting it out to you. This is a Concertina Fold Card. Have you made one before?

They are very easy to make once you know the scoring. This is the Concertina card. It’s a great way to use your pretty paper and to show off the both sides of it. I used the Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper with it.

A Quick and Easy Concertina Card

CREATE YOUR OWN CONCERTINA CARD

Cut your paper to 14.4cm x 29.8cm 5 1/4″ x 11 3/4″

Score the paper at 4.4cm, 12.1cm, 19.7cm 1 3/4″, 4 3/4″, 7 3/4″

Card Mat: 10.5cm x 14.8cm 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″

Fold your paper on the score lines. It’s that easy. The narrow piece folds back over itself on the paper so you see the reverse side. Watch the video if you are not sure.

Flowering Zinnias Stampin' Up!

FRACTURED AND PATCHWORK CARD CLASS!

Create 3 fun cards with pretty papers in this Fractured and Patchwork Card Class.

You will make 2 Fractured Style cards and 1 Patchwork card and find out just how easy they are yet so impressive.

Class is available in person and there is a Class By Mail option if you aren’t able to make it.

There are 2 time sessions for in person.

STAMPIN’ UP! STIPPLED ROSES AND SOFTLY STIPPLED FOR AN EASY CARD!

This is another of the cards from our class last week. It’s an easy one but with the gorgeous detail in the Stippled Roses stamp set you don’t need much to it. You don’t even need to colour it!

The Softly Stippled Designer Series Paper works so well with it with those lovely roses. The white card was embossed with the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder. for added texture. It just creates a subtle background.

Sadly the paper is ending this Thursday with the end of Sale-A-Bration. It is a free choice with your qualifying orders over $90 AUD.

There are some lovely patterns in this paper that you can use with many of your projects.

I haven’t got to share this card with you yet. I thought I better do it quickly as the Jungle Pals are ending this week. They are so fun with all the Jungle animals.

I used the Delightful Floral Paper with it. I thought it worked well. The tiger was coloured with pencils.

The Jungle Pals stamp set is available as a Sale-A-Bration choice with orders over $90 AUD. The Jungle Pals Dies co-ordinate well with them and can be chosen with orders over $180 AUD.

STAMPIN’ UP! PERENNIAL LAVENDER

Some more pretty lavender cards. I have really enjoyed creating with these.

This one is simple. Just let the paper be the star. Add a rectangle of the Perennial Lavender Paper on a card mat. Crumb Cake is a good neutral background. On this I embossed it with the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder.

The sentiment is from the Heartfelt Hexagon stamp set and punched out with the Heartfelt Hexagon Punch. Just add a few sprays of diecut lavender stems.
