It’s Friday Flicks so time for another video.

Today’s card is using the cute Awesome Otters stamp set available as one of the free choices for Sale-A-Bration with your orders over $90. It is a bit adorable. I have another version too with the Friendly Hello stamp set.

A special Congratulations card for my son on his engagement. I think this was the highlight of the year when my son – and now daughter-in-law were married!

PAINTED CHRISTMAS FLAP FOLD!

This card was one of the projects from my recently Heartfelt Christmas Online Class. I don’t often share these projects with you but thought I would show you this one today. I’m not going to share the measurements for them though. That’s a special part of taking the class. 🙂

This is a Flap Fold Style card. By the way isn’t the Painted Christmas paper just gorgeous??

This card is an Off-set Gatefold Card. You might have seen them around. This one uses the Sweet Stockings Suite. (very cute!).

PIERCED BLOOMS CARD IN A BOX!

I forgot to show you this project.

A couple of months ago it was my Mum’s birthday. Yes a couple of months ago! We recently had to move her in to an aged card home. I didn’t know what to get her but I wanted to make a special card for her to sit on her windowsill. I thought a Card in a Box would be good.

I used the Dandy Garden Designer Series Paper with the Misty Moonlight print. Blue is her favourite colour so couldn’t miss that one. I used the Pierced Blooms Dies to create an array of flowers.

This shows it folded flat.

I have made a number of these Card In A Box type cards over the years. Click on the ‘tag’ Card in a Box and you will see them. If you want a tutorial for this version you can head -> HERE. I can’t remember now if this is the one I used. This one is in Metric.

Sadly with the restrictions (which are still going …) I couldn’t see her for her birthday but I delivered it to her home. I think she liked it. I enjoyed making it for her.

POCKET CONCERTINA BOOKLET WITH YOU’RE A PEACH PAPER!

Yesterday I shared the Concertina Card that I made for my daughter’s 21st. Today I wanted to share with you this special little booklet I made. Of course using the You’re A Peach Designer Series Paper.

It was just a little booklet with some inspirational sentiments for her.

It’s small in size and tied up with some Pale Papaya ribbon. The peach is cut from the You’re A Peach paper.

When you open it there is a little concertina piece. I have held it down here in the photo with the Bone Folder so I could take the photo.

Folding out the strip of card there is a special sentiment on each section. I used a number of different stamp sets for the sentiments and for the images.

This was really fun to create (and made from the heart to my gorgeous girl).

I will share the dimensions for it another time. I only have them in metric at the moment.

SHOW BOTH SIDES OF PRETTY PAPERS WITH COLLAR CARDS!

It’s a dilemma isn’t it?? The gorgeous Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Paper has such lovely prints on both sides so what side do you choose?? This card I have for you today shows off both sides! It is so easy too.

This card fold is known as a Collar card. There are other names for it too.

Here is the card I created. I have used the You’re A Peach Designer Series Paper. Isn’t it sweet??
