I have to say it was hard to narrow it down to my 3 Favourites with lots of gorgeous papers and the great Stamps and Dies. You might have other favourites.

1. GEOMETRIC SHAPES

What’s striking me in this catalogue is the different Geometric shapes in some of the die sets. They take your project to another level.

LINKED TOGETHER BUNDLE

I think it is that diamond shape die which is a great addition to your creating – and it has a stitched edge! There is the additional masks in the bundle as well which are great for blending and layering your ink colours.

They can be ordered as a bundle or separately. Bundle is $103.50. Dies on their own are $60. Masks $23.

MEMORABLE BLOOMS BUNDLE

Once again I’m liking those dies. Layer the diecut flower shape on your projects or diecut them with the geometric shape. Lots of variations with this one. And did I say Stitched edge with this one… Bundle is $98.

2. FLORAL AND GINGHAM VELLUM

There are always so many lovely papers but the Single Sided Printed Vellum is very soft and gorgeous. 6 Sheets of 12″x12″ $17.50.

The wavy pattern adds great depth and texture to your projects. $19.25. This folder measures 15.2 cm x 15.9 cm

STAMPIN’ UP! STIPPLED ROSES AND SOFTLY STIPPLED FOR AN EASY CARD!

This is another of the cards from our class last week. It’s an easy one but with the gorgeous detail in the Stippled Roses stamp set you don’t need much to it. You don’t even need to colour it!

The Softly Stippled Designer Series Paper works so well with it with those lovely roses. The white card was embossed with the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder. for added texture. It just creates a subtle background.

Sadly the paper is ending this Thursday with the end of Sale-A-Bration. It is a free choice with your qualifying orders over $90 AUD.

There are some lovely patterns in this paper that you can use with many of your projects.

The Clearance Rack has been updated today.

With that comes lots of new additions. I have to highlight the papers though as they are a HUGE reduction.

The great thing with many of these papers is you can use a piece straight to your cards. OR cut out some of the images and add them.

This makes your cards come together so quickly. Hardly any thinking behind it. And when we are in a hurry that’s so great. Need a card for that party this weekend. Snip and stick. 🙂

SUNDAY SUITES – SNAIL MAIL!

Back with Sunday Suites today looking at the cute Snail Mail Suite. Have you noticed this one yet?

The Snail Mail Suite Collection has such cute images in the stamp set and on the sweet paper and will create fun, whimsical projects. It’s great to keep up sending little cards in the mail and not just rely on electronic messaging. This suite certainly makes a great addition to add to those “snail mail” cards and letters we send. Who wouldn’t want to receive a card with the HAPPY MAIL on the envelope. 🙂

Check the Snailed It Bundle out. It has dies to cut the images but it there are other dies as well. The detailed mushrooms are just so cute. It also has the square “postage stamp” edge square which you can layer your images on but also what about the mini envelope die. What a fun addition!

The Snail Mail Designer Series Paper has some really cute images. The Colours found in the paper are Basic Gray, Bermuda Bay, Blushing Bride, Daffodil Delight and Real Red

Below are some fun samples with this suite created by Stampin’ Up! artists. You can see the mini envelopes. So cute!

Another sample for you. The background on this is created with the little rounded square die shape in the Snail Dies set.

WORLD CARDMAKING DAY BLOGHOP!

It’s World Cardmaking Day. How great is it that there is a date that we celebrate all things cardmaking whether it be creating the cards and the pleasure it brings or in sharing the joy of giving the cards.

Today to celebrate we have a Blog Hop with lots of Demonstrators from around the world. The theme today is sharing a corner of your world.

For me, I live on the East coast of Australia just south of Sydney. I live about 200 metres (1/4 mile) from the beach. I spend a lot of my time at the beach all year around. It’s my happy place, my place to escape and leave the worries of the day behind.

This is my local beach. We have so many beaches up and down the coast though which I do visit too.

So of course since the beach is a big part of my life I had to create a card for that. I chose to use the Seaside Notions stamp set.

I love different folds too so wanted to make something a little different. This is a type of Easel card.

Today is a gorgeous suite for Sunday Suites. The Forever Greenery Suite. It is such a fresh suite with touches of gold for elegance. It’s all just loveliness of green, my favourite colour. Let’s check it out!

Within this specialty pack are Pre-cut card fronts and greenery accents. Adhere a card front over a card base for a quick card, or easily add an accent to your projects. One side is white; the other side is gold foil. On the white side you can sponge or roller a colour on to co-ordinate with your project. In the pack are 6 sheets: 3 each of 2 single-sided designs

Now I have to say I was intrigued by these Gold Hoops in this suite. What would you do with them?? You get 10 hoops measuring 5.4cm ( 2 1/28″).
