HIDDEN GEMS – STAMPIN’ UP! CLASSIC WEDDING BUNDLE

Do you have a wedding coming up? Or maybe a Learner Driver who just got their license? This one is a cool car to use.

The Hidden Gem this week is the Classic Wedding Bundle.

The Classic Wedding Stamp Set has the solid car image and other parts that you can fill in with the car outline, so you don’t even have to colour it if you don’t want to. Then there is all the fun elements in the Classic Wedding Dies that you can add.

This is an Online Exclusives. These get a little lost along the way so I’m going to feature different ones on our Hidden Gem posts each week. Online Exclusives are not in a catalogue but viewed online but you can get them directly from me or online too.

You can view the Classic Wedding Bundle -> HERE.

Happy Crafting,

Jenny

21ST BIRTHDAY CONCERTINA WITH YOU’RE A PEACH PAPER!

I just wanted to share a special card with you today. Yesterday my gorgeous baby girl was 21. I can’t believe where that time has gone. We are a little peach crazy in our house with perfumes and creams and all kind of Peach Scented products. So of course it had to be the You’re A Peach Designer Series Paper.

I wanted to make the card a little different and found a sweet concertina style card. It’s just a little bigger version than a regular zig-zag type fold.

Here is the card from a few different views.

The ’21’ was diecut from the Be Dazzling Specialty Paper from Sale-A-Bration using the Large Numbers Dies (now retired but really I can’t get rid of those). The peaches were diecut from the paper.

I found how to make this style of card from Suzie’s blog -> HERE. The measurements are in imperial. I used those measurements as I was short for time so I haven’t got them in metric as yet. I will make another card later to share those.

I made another mini version of a concertina card as well that I will share in the next post. It is so sweet so you will want to see that.

Have a great day,

Jenny

A SPECIAL SYMPATHY CARD!

I needed to make a Sympathy card last week for a special friend. They are always hard cards to make aren’t they?

For this card I decided to use the Rose Wonder set. It’s always a great set to turn to for special occasions. I did a little search on Pinterest and decided to CASE this card from Brian King. It was simple, elegant and understated.

I didn’t have the type of paper Brian used so chose this paper from the Delightful Daisy DSP pack.  Not the usual colour for a sympathy but I thought it was OK. A simple flower cut with the Rose Garden Thinlits in white layered on Calypso Coral and a mat of White.

The sentiment is from Rose Wonder set.

Thanks for stopping by today.

Have a great day and remember to hug the ones you love.
